Over the weekend of January 25th, and 26th, GamesForWork.com
suffered a database corruption. We are working quickly to restore the lost games to the site, but due to some manual and automated work taking place, anybody that is subscribed to the gamesforwork.com newsletter may receive emails of "new games" which are actually old games that we are working to restore.
Everything is safe and is currently being restored, but newsletter subscribers may receive large lists of games that have already been published to gamesforwork, and that they have already played.
You can ignore these newsletter emails, but the regular 10 games a day should be published on Monday January 27th, and Mondays games should appear in the newsletter on it's regular schedule (usually Tuesday).
Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We are working hard and quickly to restore these games, and taking measures to ensure this type of corruption:
1. Doesn't happen again.
2. That backups are restored more quickly and without much, if any game disappearance from the website.
We will update this message once all missing games (122) have been fully restored back to the site.
Update: The games have now been restored. Again sorry for this hiccup in service of our games.
